We used WordPress for 99% of our web design for our customer. If you have not heard about WordPress, we have a short article about it here. For customer who only need a plain website with no content management, we would propose pure HTML webpage (but again, WordPress is always preferred for fast future update on design and functionality like adding e-commerce).

It all depend on the customer specific requirements on what they want to achieve. For example, a simple 5 pages website using WordPress will take no more than 2 weeks inclusive of domain registration, activation, DNS propagation, etc. For an e-commerce website, it is estimated around 30 days.

We normally deliver the design earlier than the agreed delivery dates unless the customer has late changes and add on requirements.

For a customer who has not purchase a domain for their website, we will manage the purchase and registration of their domain name under us. Likewise, the customer can purchase the domain on their own and manage the DNS servers themself. We provide free domain registration with our package offering (.com, .net, .org). We provide additional charges for other top level domain.

If the customer already own the domain (purchased by themself or by other appointed entity), we can work out a way to make it easy to manage it.

You can have a dedicated hosting or we will host your website on a shared hosting own by us as part of our package offering. We are using Hostinger.com web hosting for its excellent services, speed and management tools.

We do provide customization services like updating themes, new plugins, colors and fonts, etc. Reach out to us so we can access the current website and make proposal.

There is no specific number we put in place when it comes to design review with the customer. We like to keep the process simple and easy for the customer. During the design phase, we will always update the customer on the design progress by showing them the live website. This is also the time we are trying to get customer feedback on the layout, color, fonts and content of the page.

We offer free consultation service for all our guests and customers. There is no cost to it and no string attached. You can take the advice and offer the job to somebody else, we are cool about it. Our goal is to provide satisfaction to everyone.

Once the customer agreed to our quotation and scope of works, we will request 50% deposit from the total amount. The balance will be paid once the customer has accepted the design. The website will go live after the final payment is received from the customer.

Payment can be made via PayPal.

Every new website design by us will get a free support and maintenance for 1 year. This include WordPress, themes and plugins update, backup and security check.

After goes live, our customer will get a number of hours of support for minor updates and changes to their website for a year. These include small layout changes, contents, colors and fonts. We will inform our customer 1 month in advance before their support period ended. The customer can add another support plan or can request to transfer to design to another entity if he/she seem fit. We can ensure you that our services are the best.
